1.One of the causes of carton degumming in box gluing machine is that the glue viscosity of the box gluing machine is not enough, and the gluing amount is not enough.

Solution:The paste box is generally made of white latex.When in use,it is diluted with water,which also reduces the viscosity.When the viscosity is not enough,the glue solution with higher concentration can be redeployed. If the glue amount is insufficient, the gap between the rubber wheel and the paperboard gluing surface can be increased to improve the gluing amount.

2.Temperature of glue box locomotive room affects the viscosity of glue is one of the causes of carton degumming in box gluing machine,especially in summer and winter.

Solution:The temperature of the paste box workshop is controlled at about 20 ℃ through air conditioning and other temperature regulating devices to ensure the normal viscosity of the glue.

3.Before using the white emulsion glue, the box gluing machine was not carefully checked, resulting in the use of expired or deteriorated glue.

Solution:White latex shall be properly kept and sealed before use. Its shelf life is generally 1 year.

4.The white latex selected for the box gluing machine does not match the paperboard is one of the causes of carton degumming in box gluing machine.

Solution:As there are many models and grades of white latex on the market,while latex should be selected according to the specific characteristics of the products.

5.The gluing part of the carton is polished or coated to prevent the glue from penetrating into the paperboard is one of the causes of carton degumming in box gluing machine.

Solution: Before gluing the carton,a paperboard edging device can be installed to grind the glued part of the carton before gluing, so as to eliminate the influence of polishing or film coating.If possible,you can also use hot melt adhesive instead of white emulsion to melt the glazing film by using the temperature of hot melt adhesive to facilitate the bonding of glue.

6.After the carton is glued, the pressure on the folding part of the gluing part is not enough, the box gluing machine speed is too fast, and the pressurization time is not enough, resulting in the glue liquid can not penetrate into the paperboard in time, reducing the bonding effect.

Solution:Increase the pressure of the folding roll, appropriately reduce the machine speed and prolong the pressurization time.
