Operation Standard of Carton Gluing Machine
1.Power supply
(1)Turn on the power
(2)Check whether the power indicator is normally powered on.
(3)Check whether the air compressor is inflated normally in the direction of operation.
(4)Start the machine and observe if it is working properly.
2.Maintenance
(1)Clean the fuselage every day.
(2)The parts that need to be oiled for carton gluing machine maintenance should be oiled once or twice a week. Add butter once every half a month.
(3)Air compressor maintenance: observe whether there is oil in the air compressor, and drain water once or twice a week.
(4)Maintenance of carton gluing machine: after each production, clean the machine once, clean the glue kettle once, and maintain the carton gluing machine once a month.
3.Production
(1)Carefully see the work order, determine the process requirements, according to the process requirements of the work package. Generally, the polished products are produced with polished glue or white emulsion glue. Light glue, dumb glue products generally use yellow glue, UV products should be polished before using UV.
(2)The size of the box should be used to compare the board, from the paper feeding part to the pre folding part to the bottom sticking part to the main folding part to the conveying part. According to the adhesive position od the box, determine the size and position of the glue.
(3)After the completion of the comparsion, we first produced 10-20 pieces to know whether there are common problems such as sticking to the parttern, easy to glue, internal adhesion, false adhesion, holding pattern, high and low line, cover line, bell mouth and so on.
(4)Check the sample and sign the first piece. Production can only be started after confirming OK.
(5)Each plate of goods must be attached with a detail card(work order number, company name, product name, production date, personnel)
4.Safety
Switch on and off when comparing boards. When the carton gluing machine is in operation, it can not pass through the machine and can not pass over the action of the machine.
5.Note
Non machine personnel are not allowed to operate the machine, and apprentices should also operate under the leadership of the captain.
